Snowshoes - Rifugio Città di Fiume (Selva di Cadore)

The route leading to the Rifugio Città di Fiume is a good compromise that allows even beginners, to enjoy a splendid panorana on the most famous Dolomite peaks: Monte Pelmo, Marmolada, Croda da Lago, Lastoi of Formin. The path is well marked. The first destination is Malga Fiorentina, a hut no longer active from where you already begin to see the first wonderful views. From the hut continue keeping right and after a few minutes you reach the Rifugio Città di Fiume.

For more trained and experienced you can continue to Malga Prendera take the direction to follow is indicated on site. You cross the slopes of the Col de la Puina, then Forcella De la Puina and Forcella  Roan, from where you can see the destination: the building of Malga Prendera. This second way takes an other 3 hours round trip.
