Easy to reach on tarmac road which is always cleared of snow during the winter, Rifugio Passo Staulanza has a large private car park. A wonderful environment, only 2 km away from the slopes, you can use our free of charge skibus service. The wood furniture of the hotel is in harmony with the ancient tradition of the Dolomites with tiled stoves, fire places and the typical lounges called "Stube". The cusine is particulary appreciated and inspired by genuine local traditions. The hotel is run with great care by the owners themselves.

First courses: Pappardelle with wild game sauce, Gulaschsuppe, Panzerottti (stuffed pasta) with porcino mushrooms, Casunziei (stuffed pasta) with red turnip and poppy seeds, Knödeln with spinach and melted butter, barley soup.
Main courses: game meat, cut of beef with rocket salad, roasted deer with cranberries, fried cheese, chantarellus cibarius, armillaria mellea, boletus edulis, stewed roe deer.
Dessert: apple strudel, puff pastry with berries and natural yogurt, panna cotta with caramel, blueberries with whipped cream.
