The sledge has no age and never goes out of style, instead it develops and gets better year by year.
Modern sledges have speed blades and comfortable sitting. Though in the Cadore Dolomites there are not slopes specifically dedicated to sledging, with a bit of caution, it's possible to sledge along the beaten tracks that take to the refuges.
