Wovoka was born in 1977 in San Vito di Cadore, following the footsteps of Foxes, a band who played during the Sixties and the Seventies. Wovoka have been particularly appreciated, because they played many different songs, belonging to rock, country and blues music, and because they opened Mia Martini's and Ivano Fossati's concerts in Longarone. The band was composed of Serafino Palatini, Gianni Talamini, Franco Martini, Fabio Menegus and Luca Brugiolo; at the very beginning there were Paolo Pizzeghello, Filippo Gaetani, Antonio Rossi and Alfonso Belli.
