Restaurant Stella Alpina
The restaurant of the Hotel Stella Alpina*** is located in the centre of Falcade on the wide "Piana of Falcade", the ample green area in the centre of the village. In winter, the restaurant lies at the beginning of the cross counrty ski slopes of the "Pietro Scola Cross-Country Ski Centre" and in summer the customers can enjoy the delicious dishes of the restaurant sitting in the wide cozy garden of the hotel. The chefs of the restaurant propose dishes derived from the Ladin, Venetian and international cuisine, often revisited in a modern style and with particular attention on the ingredients, many of which come from the Agordino area (cheese is purchased at the local Latteria di Vallata, salami and cold cuts from the butcher shops of Falcade, dough and pasta are exclusively homemade). Hotel Stella Alpina pays great attention to the customers' needs: chefs are at the customers' disposal in order to offer custom, vegetarian or gluten-free menus (Hotel Stella Alpina is a member of the AIC, the Italian Celiac Disease Association).
