WELCOME TO DOLOMITI

Child-friendly

San Vito di Cadore is a mountain town located in the northern part of Veneto, with a short distance from Venice. In San Vito are situated huge mountains. Mt. Antelao, which, at 3,264 m (10,000 ft) high, is the second highest mountain after Marmolada and is for this reason also known as the King of the Dolomites; Mt. Marcora, which is part of the Sorapiss group, one of the most important mountain groups in the Dolomites; and Mt. Pelmo, otherwise known as el Caregón de 'l Padreterno (the Throne of the Fatherland).

San Vito is located 1011 meters above marte level, just 11 kilometers from Cortina d'Ampezzo, in a wide verdant basin in the heart of the Belluno Dolomites, and is a strategic starting point for excursions suitable for both experienced mountaineers and those who prefer to admire the mountains from below.

San Vito is a strategic starting point for excursions suitable for experienced mountaineers, but also for those who prefer to admire the mountains from below.  The lush Boite Valley, in which San Vito is located, takes its name from the stream that runs through it, surrounded by a dense fir forest, where pleasant paths meander, ideal for walks and easy day trips with the family.
