Andraz Castle

The Andraz Castle is the most famous emblem of the Fodom Valley; built around 1000 A.D., the Andraz Castle has been the administrative centre of the valley of Arabba and a strategic point for the control of the trade routes of the area. After the huge restoration works of the last years, the Andraz Castle hosts an interesting Museum open to everybody.

The Museum of the Andraz Castle is an interesting exhibition area dedicated to the great past of the valley which aims to the protection of local traditions; the Museum offers audio guide service and reductions for disabled guests and guests under 16 years old. The Castle is open from 24th June to 24th September 2017, from 10.00 am to 12.30 am and from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm, it's closed on Monday
