If you had the chance once to taste these plates you can't have forgotten the taste, the satiety, the parfume. It's main feature is tradition., everywhere, from the halls to the bar, yes this is the historic hotel on the Pass. The restaurant offers the classical dishes of the Ladin Tradition, from the Knoedel with butter and smoked ricotta cheese from dairyfarm, to the Strudel with apples from Alto Adige, cinnamon, sultany and pine nuts. The house is simple but warm and cozy.
