The track is of medium difficulty, partially equipped with ropes, and crosses the northern wall of Ciareido Mount.
From Lozzo di Cadore it's possible to reach Pian dei Buoi by car and park there. Follow the route to Ciareido Refuge (1.969 m), about 40 minutes walking. Take CAI path no. 272 to Forcella San Lorenzo (2.100 m). From Forcella San Lorenzo, go down on your left, and you will see the first metal ropes where the Via Ferrata begins. The path is various, is flat and goes up and down to overtake the bigger rocks. It is sometimes dangerous, because of the height and the void, but not very difficult. It ends with a hard rise on crumbly rock to Forcella S. Piero (2.298 m). From here you can go down and come back to Ciareido Refuge.
All the trip is about 5,30 hours walking.
It's better to see the Tabacco map and ask information to the Alpine Guides.
