The House "Ciasa Ventejelo" was built in 1904 right in the town center, only a short distance from the main Church "Basilica SS. Filippo e Giacomo" and the Town Hall. Traditional building in a tyrolean style. Both these 2nd floor apartments are conveniently located, bright and spacious, furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with all the comforts (no parking and elevator), balcony with view down to Corso Italia, the main pedestrian and shopping district, with a great selection of restaurants and pubs as well.



All Guests will get a car pass for loading and unloading only.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

1. Both apartments are fully equipped and feature also TV, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge.
2. Bed linen are not included.
3. The apartments are on the 2° floor and there is no elevator in the house.
3. No private parking space. All Guest will get a car pass for loading and unloading only.
4. Arrival/departure times are as follows: arrival after 5.00pm, departure by 10.00 a.m. Any change must be communicated to the Property Owner and in case of late arrival, Guests must inform him ASAP.
