I was born in Milan in 1990, I love sport and nature.
I practice Pranashama, which is a style of yoga that combines the most powerful techniques of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Thai yoga, Acroyoga, Kundalini, Qi Gong and Dance. It is a very dynamic yoga, it combines exercise with synchronised breathing to create a continuous flow of movements that enable the balanced training of all parts of the body and the attainment of high levels of mental concentration.
I believe in wellness as my principal objective, my mission is to give people a passion for the practice of Yoga! I am specialised in Pranashama Yoga 250h RYT, prenatal and postnatal Yoga, and Hatha yoga for children.
