From 27 to 29 September 2024 Cortina will host 3 days of mindfulness practice and seminars at the Hotel Serena.
This year's theme is ‘Being Connected’, which means listening, recognising and creating relationships that include and heal ourselves, others and everything around us.
The various speakers present will focus on these themes, through different experiences of life, research and work, also thanks to moments of meditative practice and exchange among participants.
