The start is at the bike rental point at the valley station of the Cortina Bike Park Dolomiti, in Socrepes, at the foot of the Tofane mountains. Here, 2 km from the centre of Cortina, on the road to the Falzarego Pass, you can leave your car in the large car park and mount your bike.

The Cortina Bike Park Dolomiti, on this side of the mountain, offers many flow trails with jumps, parabolics and marked lines for different levels of difficulty. The "Ride in Cortina" mountain bike guides can provide important support both to beginners for a correct approach to the discipline and to experienced riders to improve their riding technique.

There are many opportunities for mountain bike excursions in the Tofane area, including the descent from Rifugio Duca d'Aosta to Rifugio Dibona, or the Malghe di Fedarola and along sections of the ski slopes of the World Cup races.

After having explored the Bike Park, you can descend from Col Druscié (where the Tofana - Freccia nel Cielo cableway is located) to Pié Tofana, passing near the delightful heart-shaped In Po' Druscié lake and the Crepe de Cianderou, a peculiar rocky conformation overlooking the Boite Valley.

The route then climbs up to Passo Posporcora on the left (1700 metres) and then hurtles down the steep descent towards Ponte dei Cadoris. From here in a short time you will reach the spectacular Fanes waterfalls: it is recommended that you leave your bike and visit them with a walk and a small via ferrata that leads all the way down to the Fanes stream. It is advisable to have a via ferrata kit with you.

Pick up your bike and continue towards Pian de Ra Spines, where you take the cycle path back to Cortina.
